Custom Tin Box FAQs

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom tin boxes?

Our usual MOQ is 5,000 pcs. Some large tins may start from 3,000 pcs, depending on size and production requirements.

Can I use an existing mold for my custom tin box?

Send us your preferred shape and size. We’ll check our 3,000+ existing molds for a suitable option. If a new mold is needed, we’ll explain the cost before you proceed.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can send an existing tin sample for you to check the quality. Once your project details are confirmed, we can prepare a custom sample for approval before bulk production.

Are your tin boxes suitable for food contact?

Yes. All our tins use food-grade coatings. Relevant food-contact test reports are available for review.

Do you provide artwork support for custom tin boxes?

Yes. We provide a dieline for your designer to prepare the artwork. We then review your file and create a visual mockup for approval before sampling.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Sampling usually takes about 14 days, depending on tooling, printing and project complexity. For orders below 100,000 pcs, bulk production typically takes about 25 days after sample approval. Larger or more complex orders need a confirmed schedule.

What information do you need for a quote?

Send your preferred tin shape, size, quantity and delivery country. Include your product use and artwork if available. If some details are undecided, send what you have—we’ll help clarify the rest.

Will you keep my artwork confidential?

We keep your artwork and project files confidential throughout sampling and production. We can also sign an NDA when required.
